the hotel offered a nice location, but sadly that’s where the compliments end. there were hairs on the sheets and coffee stains on the counter—absolutely appalling. i expected a complimentary upgrade during my stay, but instead, received mediocre treatment. after such a dreadful experience, it’s astonishing that anyone would rate this more than a 5, i just couldn’t.

Without bedside lamps, we had to stumble in the dark to turn off the lights at night. The bathroom felt cramped, with a tiny shower and minimal counter space.
